  • Sit on the floor with your legs crossed so that your legs lie on opposite thighs. Place the right hand on the right thigh and turn the left hand with the palm towards the ceiling and place on the right hand. With the tip of the tongue, lean on the palate immediately behind the upper teeth. For the first 5 minutes, breathe slowly and smoothly, trying not to think about anything. Then, at the same time, breathe at a normal rate, completely relieving the exhalation tension. After that, you still have the same time to breathe, focusing completely on the breathing itself.
