  • second breakfast: fruit, vegetables or fermented milk product;
  • Lunch: low-fat soup with vegetables or cereals, meat, poultry or fish in boiled or roasted form or in the form of kittens or meatballs, for garnish - legumes, vegetables in any form, cereals or baked potatoes, compote or juice, for dessert - fruit or fruit pudding, jelly;
  • afternoon snack: fruit, vegetables or fermented milk product (should be different from the second breakfast);
  • dinner: up to 200 g protein food (except lunch) or porridge from cereals or legumes, vegetables or fruits;
  • before bedtime: fermented milk product.

Eating according to this formula will allow you to be well nourished and healthy and gain a beautiful slim figure, although the result will have to wait for several months (depending on your weight). Moreover, this is one of the safest diets, there are practically no contraindications, it can be observed at any age and with any health condition (except allergies or diseases for which therapeutic diets are indicated). The advantage of this diet is that it is a diet without weight gain - after all, this nutritional formula is nothing more than a balanced balanced diet; when your weight returns to normal, just keep eating according to this formula and you will stay lean.
